Source: Cricket Wireless Entering Multi-Carrier Stores Soon
It looks likeCricket Wirelessmay be soon be venturing its brand and services into certain multi-carrier stores. This report was previouslytweetedby Peter Adderton, founder of Boost Mobile.
This certainly isn't the first time we're hearing about this. As a matter of fact, AT&T tested this out in very limited markets last year. If the report holds true, Cricket could be sold in multi-carrier stores in some states first before it rolls out across the country. The report showed that this could happen on May 4.
For some time now, Cricket has always been exclusive to its stores. If this happens, it would largely expand its market presence, which would be a welcomed change to its distribution strategy.
Speaking of its stores, Cricket Wireless recently reopened its Cherry Hill store as a way of helping its customers stay connected during this health crisis. The store is helping customers switch, upgrade their phones, and make bill payments. The store, however, is operating at reduced hours. They are open from 10 am to 7 pm Mondays through Saturdays, and 11 am to 4 pm on Sundays.
