-
Tier 1 Operating — active commercial location, verified carrier contracts, confirmed business operations

Verification tier determines access to vendor directory categories and lead program eligibility. WDG reserves the right to update member verification status at any time based on submitted information.

SECTION 3: THE WDG LEAD PROGRAM
3.1 What the Lead Program Is
The WDG Lead Program connects verified member dealers with verified vendor partners for business opportunities. By submitting a Dealer Application or completing the Dealer Verification process on our Platform, you participate in the Lead Program and agree to the terms of this section.
3.2 Lead Sharing Consent — IMPORTANT
BY SUBMITTING A DEALER APPLICATION OR VERIFICATION FORM ON THE WDG PLATFORM, YOU PROVIDE YOUR PRIOR EXPRESS WRITTEN CONSENT to Wireless Dealer Group and up to five (5) verified vendor partners in your requested categories to contact you using the information you have provided, including:
-
Telephone calls, including automated and prerecorded calls
-
Text messages, including SMS and MMS
-
Email communications

You understand and agree that:
-
Up to five (5) verified WDG vendors in your requested category may receive your application information
-
You may be contacted by these vendors within 72 hours of your application or verification submission
-
Vendors who contact you have agreed to WDG's Vendor Conduct Standards described in Section 4
-
This consent is not a condition of membership or any purchase
-
You may opt out at any time as described in Section 3.3

You may opt out of vendor contacts at any time through any of the following methods:
-
Reply STOP to any text message from WDG or a WDG vendor partner
-
Click the unsubscribe link in any email from WDG or a WDG vendor partner
-

Opt-out requests will be processed within 10 business days. Note that opting out of the Lead Program does not cancel your membership.
3.4 Lead Types
The WDG Lead Program operates with the following lead types:
-
Phone Call Leads — calls routed through WDG tracked numbers to vendor partners
-
Dealer Application Leads — structured applications submitted by members expressing interest in a specific vendor relationship, reviewed and introduced by WDG account managers
-
Verified Member Leads — leads from Tier 1 verified operating members, introduced by WDG account managers
3.5 Lead Program Delivery
WDG uses a bid-based routing system to match dealer leads with vendor partners. Multiple vendors in the same category may receive the same lead at staggered delivery intervals. WDG does not guarantee that any specific vendor will contact you, or that any vendor introduction will result in a business relationship.
3.6 Lead Program Eligibility by Membership Tier
-
Standard vendor tier — phone call leads in one listed category only
-
Preferred vendor tier — phone call leads and dealer application leads in up to five categories
-
Premium vendor tier — phone call leads and dealer application leads in unlimited categories
SECTION 4: VENDOR TERMS
4.1 Vendor Eligibility
Vendors must be legitimate businesses operating in the wireless dealer industry or providing services relevant to wireless dealers. WDG reserves the right to reject any vendor application at our sole discretion.
4.2 Vendor Listing Tiers
WDG offers four vendor listing tiers:
-
Listed — $0/month — company name only, basic directory presence
-
Standard — $49/month — logo, website, one category, tracked phone number, phone call lead access
-
Preferred — $99/month — full contact display, five categories, all lead types, advertising access
-
Premium — $199/month — unlimited categories, dedicated profile page, top placement, included email blast, full analytics, dedicated account manager
4.3 Vendor Verification
All paid vendor tiers are subject to WDG verification. Verification confirms vendor legitimacy, reviews credentials, and awards the appropriate WDG Verified badge. Verification is included at no additional cost with all paid listing tiers.
4.4 Vendor Conduct Standards
All vendors participating in the WDG Lead Program agree to the following conduct standards:
-
Respond to all received leads within the delivery window — immediate for highest bid, 24-48 hours for second tier, 48-72 hours for third tier
-
Contact members only through the methods specified in their consent — phone, email, or text as applicable
-
Contact members no more than once per day per vendor during the initial outreach period
-
Identify yourself as a WDG vendor partner in every initial contact — "I'm reaching out through Wireless Dealer Group"
-
Honor all STOP requests for text messages immediately and permanently
-
Honor all unsubscribe requests for email immediately and permanently
-
Never sell, share, or transfer member contact information to any third party outside the WDG network
-
Never disparage competing vendors to WDG members
-
Report lead outcomes to WDG within 30 days of receiving a lead
Vendors who violate these conduct standards are subject to immediate suspension from the Lead Program, removal from the directory, and forfeiture of any remaining lead credit balance without refund.
4.5 Vendor Lead Billing
Vendor lead fees are charged per qualifying lead based on category, lead type, member tier, and bid amount. Vendors maintain a prepaid lead credit balance from which lead fees are automatically deducted upon lead delivery. Monthly listing fees are charged separately from lead fees.
WDG uses call tracking technology to capture and verify phone call leads. A call must exceed the minimum duration threshold for the relevant category to qualify for billing. WDG reserves the right to adjust duration thresholds at any time with notice to vendors.
4.6 The WDG Auction System
WDG operates a blind bid auction system for dealer application leads. Vendors set standing bids per category. When a qualifying lead enters a category, WDG routes it to the top bidders at staggered delivery intervals. All bids are blind — vendors cannot see competitor bids. Each vendor is charged their own bid amount upon lead delivery. WDG sets minimum bid floors per category which are subject to change with notice.
