What is the Port Out Process from Boom! Mobile

🔹 1. Gather Required Info

To port your Boom! Mobile number to another carrier, you’ll need:

  • Account Number:
    Found in your Boom! Mobile online account at boom.us, or
    Call Boom! Mobile Customer Care at 1-800-767-5599 and request your account number.

  • Port-Out PIN (Account PIN):
    Contact Boom! Mobile support by phone or chat and ask for your Port-Out PIN (also called “Security PIN”).
    You can also find or set your PIN by logging into your account under Profile → Account Settings.

  • Billing ZIP Code:
    Use the ZIP code associated with your Boom! Mobile billing address.

🔹 2. Keep the Account Active

Your Boom! Mobile line must be active and in good standing to transfer out.
Do not cancel your service before the port completes, or your number will be lost.

Provide your new carrier with:

Your new carrier will handle the port request with Boom! Mobile directly.
