What is the Port Out Process from Affinity Cellular

🔹 1. Gather Required Info

To port your Affinity Cellular number to another carrier, you’ll need:

  • Account Number:
    Found in your Affinity Cellular online account, or
    Call Affinity Cellular Customer Support at (833) 679-1090 to request it.

  • Port-Out PIN (Account PIN):
    Contact Affinity Cellular at (833) 679-1090 and ask for your Port-Out PIN (sometimes called “Account Security PIN”).
    This is required by your new carrier to complete the transfer.

  • Billing ZIP Code:
    Use the ZIP associated with your Affinity Cellular billing address.

🔹 2. Keep the Account Active

Your Affinity Cellular service must be active and in good standing to transfer out.
Do not cancel your service before the port is completed, or you may lose your number.


🔹 3. Give Info to the New Carrier

Provide your new carrier with:

  • Affinity Cellular account number

  • Port-Out PIN

  • Billing ZIP code

Your new carrier will handle the rest of the process by submitting a port request to Affinity Cellular.


🔹 4. Wait for Completion

  • Wireless-to-wireless ports typically take 24–48 hours, though in some cases can take up to 72 hours.

  • During transfer, service may briefly disconnect while the number switches to your new carrier.
