The port-out process for Allvoi Wireless allows customers to keep their existing phone number when switching to another carrier. Once approved by both carriers, the number transfer is usually completed quickly and seamlessly, minimizing any disruption in service.

Phone number(s) being ported
Allvoi account number
Port-out/transfer PIN
Name + ZIP on file (match exactly)
Step-by-step
Confirm the line is active
Do not cancel Allvoi service before porting.
Get the account number + transfer PIN
Call Allvoi Customer Support: 800-816-7907 and request: Account number
Port-out/transfer PIN
Contact page (backup): https://www.allvoi.com/contacts
Submit the port to the new carrier
Enter: phone number, account number, transfer PIN, ZIP, name.
Common rejections (quick fixes)
Invalid PIN/account #: re-confirm both with Allvoi support and resubmit
Name/ZIP mismatch: match exactly as stored on the Allvoi account
