The port-out process for Allvoi Wireless allows customers to keep their existing phone number when switching to another carrier. It involves verifying the customer’s account information and ensuring the account is active before the transfer can take place. This process is designed to protect the customer’s privacy and prevent unauthorized transfers. Once approved by both carriers, the number transfer is usually completed quickly and seamlessly, minimizing any disruption in service.
🔹 1. Gather Required Info
To port your Allvoi Wireless number to another carrier, you’ll need:
Account Number:
Found on your Allvoi Wireless online account or your latest billing statement.
You can also call Allvoi Customer Support at 1-888-255-8648 to request it.Port-Out PIN (Account PIN):
Contact Allvoi Wireless customer service and ask for your Port-Out PIN or Account Security PIN.
This is required by your new carrier to complete the transfer.Billing ZIP Code:
Use the ZIP code listed on your Allvoi Wireless account or billing address.
🔹 2. Keep the Account Active
Your Allvoi Wireless service must be active for the port-out to go through.
Do not cancel your service before the port completes, or your number could be lost.
🔹 3. Give Info to the New Carrier
Provide your new carrier with:
Allvoi account number
Port-Out PIN
Billing ZIP Code
The new carrier will send the transfer request directly to Allvoi Wireless.
🔹 4. Wait for Completion
Wireless-to-wireless transfers typically complete within a few hours.
Landline or VoIP ports can take 1–3 business days.
During transfer, your old and new phones may temporarily lose service.
Once the port completes, your Allvoi account automatically cancels.
🔹 5. Confirm and Stop Auto-Pay
After your number successfully transfers:
Log in to your Allvoi Wireless account or call 1-888-255-8648 to verify closure.
Turn off AutoPay if it’s still active.
