Use the ZIP linked to your AT&T billing address.
🔹 2. Keep the Account Active
Your AT&T Wireless line must remain active and paid up during the transfer.
Do not cancel your service before the port completes, or the number may be lost.
🔹 3. Give Info to the New Carrier
Provide the new carrier with:
AT&T account number
Number Transfer PIN
Billing ZIP code
They will submit the port request to AT&T on your behalf.
🔹 4. Wait for Completion
Wireless-to-wireless ports: Usually complete within minutes to a few hours.
Landline or VoIP ports: Can take 1–3 business days.
