💡 Setup Tips

• On most Android phones purchased directly from Google Fi, the APN auto-configures — you don’t need to change anything.

• On BYOD Android devices, if data or MMS doesn’t work, enter the above manually, save, and restart the phone.

• On iPhones, ensure:
  iOS 16+ is installed.
  You’ve installed the Google Fi app and followed activation steps over Wi-Fi.
  Carrier settings are updated (Settings > General > About).

• Add dun to the APN Type only if tethering doesn’t activate.

• Google Fi automatically switches between partner networks (T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Verizon) — the APN remains the same across all.
