How does the projection math work?
We take what each rep has earned so far and scale it by the ratio of total days in the period to days elapsed — earned × (totalDays/daysElapsed). It assumes a flat daily pace, so a hot closing week or a slow start will move the real number.
What counts as 'on-track'?
A rep is on-track when their projected end-of-period commission is greater than or equal to their commission goal. The comparison summary shows how many reps on your team currently clear that bar.
Can I use this for just one rep?
Yes — it opens with a single employee row and works fine solo. Add more rows with the + Add Employee button when you want to compare a full team side by side.
How is Top Performer picked?
Top Performer is the rep with the highest Pace vs Goal percentage — the one running furthest ahead of their own target relative to their own goal, not just the biggest dollar number.
