Is there a contract or commitment?
No contract, no commitment. You can cancel or downgrade at any time by contacting us or emailing us. If you choose annual billing, you lock in a lower rate and save the equivalent of 2 months. When you cancel, your Pro access continues through the end of your current billing period. You don't lose access mid-month. No Refunds.
What's the real difference between Free and Pro?
Free gives you access to the directory, phone tools, articles, and community — great for getting oriented. Pro unlocks the business tools that help you actually run and grow your store: vendor accreditation checks, profit calculators, marketing templates, commission trackers, member-only community access, and more.
Does Pro pay for itself?
For most dealers, yes — quickly. The exclusive vendor discounts available to Pro members typically cover the $29/month cost on their own. On top of that, the time saved using ready-made templates, calculators, and guides adds up fast.
Can I upgrade at any time, or do I have to wait?
You can upgrade from Free to Pro at any time — no waiting period. Once you complete your upgrade, Pro tools and access are available immediately.
Does the founding rate stay?
Once you're locked in at $29/mo, you keep that rate as long as your membership is active — even after Stage 2 and Stage 3 pricing takes effect for new members.
