AT&T Prepaid Has New Offers Out Including Updated $35 Plan, Now With 2GB Of High-Speed Data

AT&T Prepaid has rolled out some new offers, including an update to the provider's $35 phone plan, "BridgePay," and some new device promos. New device promos are available on select Android phone models and the iPhone 6s. The iPhone SE 2020 continues to be offered for $349.99.

The $35 Plan Gets Updated To 2GB Of High-Speed Data

AT&T Prepaid's $35 phone plan ($30 with autopay) now includes 2GB of high-speed data. This is up from its previous allotment of 1GB. The plan also comes with unlimited talk, text, international text, and data, with the specified amount of data at high-speed before throttling to a maximum speed of 128Kbps. The plan also allows for mobile hotspot usage, streaming at a resolution of 1080p, and rollover data for one billing cycle. Multi-line customers can get the plan with a discount. Lines 2 and 3 are billed at a rate of $20/month each with autopay enabled, and lines 4 and 5 cost $10/month each with autopay billing enabled. That means an account with 5 lines on the plan will pay $90/month.

BridgePay

AT&T Prepaid has announced a new feature called BridgePay. With BridgePay, subscribers that can't afford to make a full payment on their monthly plan may extend their service for a period of 7 days after their monthly plan expires. There are 2 BridgePay options available and they are as follows:

  • 1GB of high-speed data - $15

  • 4GB of high-speed data - $20

Both options include unlimited talk and text. BridgePay can only be added to an existing monthly prepaid plan after it expires. BridgePay data does rollover if another add-on is purchased before the current one expires.
