Looking for internet service

Looking for internet service. I am currently resealing through another company but when I or my customers have issues with service or anything my point of contact does not like to get back in contact with me. Like right now I have a customer that I just paid their bill and they are not able to access the internet. I contacted my point of contact yesterday and still have not heard anything from them. My customers are using their internet for work at home and has to have the service going by tomorrow morning. If anyone is a dealer please let me know.
