Net10 Wireless Started 2019 By Adding More Data To Plans, Ending Double Data For Life Promo

January 14, 2019

Net10 Wireless has put a stop to its double data for life promotion.

Instead of offering double data as a promotion on its $35 and $40 plans, the Tracfone-owned MVNO has made it a permanent thing.

In addition to permanently doubling the data on these two plans, Net10 Wireless has also increased the data on their other plans. With the changes in place, Net10's plans now look like this:

  • Budget Data User Plan $35 per month - includes unlimited talk, text, and 4GB of high-speed data (increased from 2GB)

  • Essential Data User Plan $40 per month - includes unlimited talk, text, and 8GB of high-speed data (increased from 4GB)

  • Preferred Data User Nationwide $50 per month - includes unlimited talk, text, and 10GB of high-speed data (increased from 8GB)

  • Mega Data User $60 per month - includes unlimited talk, text, and 12GB of high-speed data (increased from 10GB)

  • Preferred Data User with International Calling $65 per month - includes unlimited talk, text, and 10GB of high-speed data (increased from 8GB)

These prices do not yet include taxes and fees. Mobile hotspot is not allowed across plans. Multi-line discounts are available on the $50 plan.

If the allotted high-speed data under your plan runs out before the month is over, you can purchase one of Net10 Wireless' add-on cards at 500MB for $5 or 1GB for $10. Unused add-on data does not expire and carries over as long as the line remains active. Net10 also offers a pay as you go international calling card for $10.

Net10 runs on AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint's networks. Customers can opt to BYOP or purchase one from the available options offered by the MVNO.
